GD Rewind is the gdrewind.live website, the GD Rewind Geode mod, the GD Rewind API and the GD Rewind Discord bot. It's run by megeli and cawzmik, who are "we" in these terms. By using GD Rewind you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Who we are

GD Rewind is a fan project. It isn't made by or affiliated with RobTop Games, Twitch, Google or YouTube, Geode or Discord. Geometry Dash is a trademark of RobTop Games.

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 13, and you need to follow the rules of Twitch, YouTube and Discord when you use them with GD Rewind.

3. Your account and name

You log in with Twitch or YouTube, and your page uses the name of that account, so you can't pick someone else's name. A YouTube login can't take a name a Twitch account already uses. Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what's uploaded with it.

4. Your runs

Your gameplay is yours. By uploading runs, you let us store them and show them publicly on gdrewind.live, in our Discord and in posts about GD Rewind, along with links to your VODs. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

5. Play fair

Don't:

cheat, fake runs or edit what the mod uploads
pretend to be someone else
share the friends build or anything inside it
attack, overload or scrape the website, API or bot, or try to get around their limits

Our fair play checks are automatic, so they can be wrong. If a run of yours was marked unverified or removed by mistake, message us. If you break these rules, we can mark or remove runs, take your page down or block your account.

6. Paid membership

GD Rewind may offer an optional paid membership. Its price and perks are shown before you buy, and tax may be added where you live. It's sold by Polar, which handles payment, receipts and tax, and Polar's own terms apply to the payment.
It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your perks until the end of the month you paid for.
When a membership ends, your runs follow the guest rule again: runs you haven't played in the last 48 hours are deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We can change the membership's perks or its price. If the price goes up, we'll tell you before your next payment.
Payments aren't refunded for the part of a month that's left when you cancel. If you were charged by mistake, like twice for the same month or after you canceled, email us and we'll refund it. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law, like the EU's right to cancel.

7. The mod

The mod runs inside Geometry Dash through Geode. We do our best to keep it safe and working, but use it at your own risk and keep your own backups. We can update it, and old versions may stop working.

8. Changes and shutting down

We can change, pause or end any part of GD Rewind at any time. If we shut down the membership, we'll stop charging you.

9. No warranty

GD Rewind is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error free or that data will never be lost.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll also post in our Discord. Using GD Rewind after a change means you accept it.
